FYI...news from the front...

YOU just can't imagine how bad things are at NWA with employee relations (specifically f/a's)...NWA is in a crisis mode since the 20th,and has implemented some things that I have never witnessed in the 30+ years of being in this industry...NOT only are they calling on your days off, using local area codes to trick people, but they are also rerouting people on their layovers and at the end of the trips...I flew a 2 day trip on the 25th (so as to give others the time off that needed it) ..MY trip had 2 open positions (A320) all month long...THE 2 girls I flew with had been met on their inbound into SFO by 2 NWA f/a managers/supervisors and were given their crew notification orders for a trip on XMAS day...ONE was going on a vacation trip with her husband, the other is a single mother with 2 kids that had no means of finding anyone to take care of her kids, as her ex-husband was going out of town for the holidays...IN the crew orders, they were told that if they refused the trip, they would be fired...NEEDLESS to say, both were in tears and the single mother used profanity that made one's toenails curl..

TO add insult to injury, it is now getting even worse...I am up to 113 hours this month, and I still have one more trip on the 29th...NWA didn't even wait for me to get home to try to contact me (5 times on tues after my arrival home), and 7 times on wed. I only have 2 days off...OTHERS are less fortunate...SOME are being called on layovers and if they don't return phone calls to NWA sked, they are telling hotel personnel to personally go up and notify them, and if they don't respond back, they (hotel) has been instructed to LOCK them out (re-key the rooms) so they can't re-enter until they call sched for a new assignment or re-assignment...I just wanted to shed some light on how deplorable things are getting here at NWA...PLEASE pass this on to all your flying friends at the carriers you work for as this is one of those "THIS can't be happening" scenarios...

SCAB report:  1-2-07

I saw a scab who had a nickname of "High Pockets" I Think his name was pete hijar? at MSP in the shopping area by the Bonfire Grill. They were walking by the restaurant I was sitting at and I went out to meet them. I called them what they were a couple of low life SCABS and You should have seen the look on their faces. High Pockets could not say a word and all his buddy could say was "what ever" I fly through MSP every week and these two were the first I have seen that have crawled out from under the rocks. Happy New Year to all!!!

James A. Kissel, 52, Prescott, pled no contest to operating under the influence and operating with a prohibited alcohol content in an incident in Prescott on Oct. 8, paid a fine of $854, was ordered to undergo alcohol or drug assessment and treatment and had his license revoked for eight months."

I was at Kohls in Apple Valley, when I seen two time SCAB Mike Carter, aka Tex. He heard me call him a SCAB twice. He made a "B" line for the door with his SCAB tail wagging between his legs. You dirty rotten filthy SCABS, whenever I see any of you anywhere I will make sure that everyone there knows that you are a dirty rotten filthy SCAB. Now and forever I will always humiliate you SCABS. I hope Santa takes a dump down your chimney, TEX.

This is about the scab lieberman. I live 2 blocks from him. They used to always have cars in the driveway and be working in the yard. Since he became a scab nothing is left outside, and I never see anyone outside. Just know this lieberman, I live close by and pass your scab hideout several times a day. I will always be on the lookout for you, to embarrass and humiliate you!

SCAB sighting:  12-12-06

Scab POS dale morphew came into the new Ace Hardware store in Lakeville to return a rented carpet shampooer and to have his deposit returned. When the transaction was completed and as he was leaving, the cashier asked him to tell his friends about the store. His reply was "If I had any friends". Isn't it remarkable how low one will stoop to become friendless! With all the HONORABLE people out there watching for the POSs, there won't be any place they can go in public. The one place they might go would be to church, synagogue or a mosque . Oh, that wouldn't do either because the HONORABLE will be there also to remind them that they are the lowest form of life that there is. If anyone sees the low life andy roberts, ask him how things are in Australia. He hates being associated with Australia as he is from England.

SCAB sighting:  12-7-06

It looks like the SCABS at Scabair are not making enough money to survive. We just saw King SCAB himself Mike Hurley, working at the concession stand at the Timberwolves game last night! Near section 106. He flipped us the bird, ran to tattle on us for calling him a SCAB. What a POS! Security wanted nothing to do with that worthless SCAB. Big tough guy Mikey, you all remember the summer when his worthless kids sprayed water on our picketers. I'm sure they will SCAB somewhere, someday also. Next time all Honorable people attending a Timberwolves game, please give old Mikey a visit!!!

SCAB sighting: 12-4-06

I was at Home Depot last Saturday (12-2-06)and spotted one of the very early scabs - John (inbred) Bolger. He was there with his fat ugly wife. He worked in that NWA twilight Zone called Metrology. That shop (in)bred more scabs than any I can think of.

Any of you that know me, know that I will not let a scab go without a confrontation. I was in his face with words like *sshole and piece of sh*t. He tried to make it sound as though he fought a hard valiant fight on the picket line for 3 WHOLE WEEKS!!! He said that the strike was lost the minute NWA brought in the replacements. I very courteously reminded him that it was because of scum like him that the strike was lost. Then I told his pig that she must be very proud to be married to a scab.

I have to confess that when I see a scab, the words don't come flowing out smoothly because I am trying to keep from ripping his face off. Too many witnesses and too much going on to get into legal battles. But if I ever see a scab when there is no one around, I will vent my anger.

I read about sightings on this site that are not accompanied by any stories of confrontation. IF YOU DO NOT CONFRONT A SCAB, YOU ARE ALLOWING HIM TO GET AWAY WITH WHAT HE DID!!! TRY TO FIND YOUR BACKBONE AND BE MORE OF A MAN THAN THE SCAB. ALL SCABS ARE COWARDS, THAT IS WHY THEY SCABBED. IF YOU CANNOT FIND WORDS, SIMPLY GIVE THEM THE FINGER - RIGHT IN THEIR FACE WOULD BE BEST.

SCAB sighting:  12-3-06

Location, SA post road, msp airport. Was filling up my vehicle when a black chevy pick-up with texas plates came pulling up to opposite pump. Scab seen taking nwa parking paddle off rearview mirror. Scab is wearing really bad looking nwa scab mechanic uniform. I asked the scab how is likes being a f**king low life scab from texas who stole my job. He asks who am I. I tell him I'm a Minnesotan who's job was stolen by a egg sucking, gutter scum chicken sh*t texan and I'm sick of you scab cheating lowlifes living in my state. I asked the scab also why he takes his nwa scab parking paddle off? Are you ashamed of where you work? He was just standing there shaking as I yelled out scab, and you should of heard two other good working folks yell back at him....F**cking scab, scab get out of here. They were two truck drivers (Union) and one driver from a electric company. It was great. I never knew a scab could move so fast in cowboy boots. Remember out-of-state scabs, we will send you back to where you came from.

Movie review:

I would like everyone to take the time and watch the movie An Inconvenient Truth. The information provided in the movie is all factual information that needs to be reviewed and action taken against what we are doing to the earth. This is a very important issue and we as a society need to do what we can and all take personal responsibility to help resolve the damage that has been done to our environment. If you don't want to watch the movie you can access the web site and see what each of us can do to help. Movie review:

The Fountain - Very visually pleasant, but the story line is too hard to follow and it jumps back and forth in different time slots.  Reminded me of the required novel for my English class in high school.  Had to interpret everything because it was all symbols.  Started to fall asleep at times. 

SCAB report: 

It turns out that scab paul michaud was not just attempting a normal landing or takeoff on Forest lake a few weeks ago, he was buzzing the lake home of a former girlfriend who had evidently dumped him, have also heard the two women were not ejected rather they were out on the floats in preparation to Moon the lake-shore homeowner and it then went wrong. Have also heard from some folks at the Wednesday informational meeting that he had paid for cosmetic augmentation surgery and attempted to sue her for the cost after being denied "access" to the product after the dumping. He then attempted to convince one of his former NDT lead friends to provide a character witness in his favor at the civil trial.

It has come to our attention that NWA SCAB Paul Michaud is blaming some honorable people for sabotaging his airplane.  You remember him, he crash landed his airplane near Forest Lake, MN a while ago and almost killed two people.  I guess he has to blame someone for his lack of maintenance and piloting skills?
